It’s time to say ‘enough is enough’. As an industry we can no longer afford to turn a blind eye to sexism, bias, harassment and discrimination towards women in the workplace. We have a choice.
The All-in Diversity Project is calling upon organisations across the world to come together and recognise that there is no place for gender, race or any other form of discrimination in our industry and to pledge to do more to #BreaktheBias.

Create a safer, more inclusive environment for all.
Promote a culture where individuals are empowered to identify and address inappropriate or discriminatory behaviour where they see it.
Support individuals who experience bias and discrimination.
